Gift Cards – Important Information

By purchasing a Pho + Family cookery class gift voucher (“Gift Card“) you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The purchaser of the Gift Card should receive a receipt email shortly after purchasing a Gift Card.
  • If the delivery date selected for the Gift Card is ‘Now’, the recipient should receive a Gift Card email including Gift Card voucher code within 1 hour of the purchaser placing the order.
  • If the delivery date is a future date, the recipient of the Gift Card should receive a Gift Card email including Gift Card voucher code at 08:00 on the selected delivery date.
  • If an expected email is not received within or by the applicable times specified above, please check any spam/junk mail folder and then contact us via our contact page if it is not there.
  • The Gift Card will expire 6 months from the date of purchase, extendable by 3 months if Pho + Family is still operational during that time and the recipient has contacted Pho + Family to request the 3 month extension prior to the expiry of the original 6 months from date of purchase.
  • The purchaser must keep the email receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The Gift Card is only valid for Pho + Family Cookery Classes.
  • To redeem a Gift Card, enter the Gift Card code into the required box of the checkout page.
  • The Gift Card may not be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash. If the full value of the Gift Card is not redeemed in one transaction, there is no cash, change or refund provided. Any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card until redeemed or until the Gift Card’s expiry date, whichever is sooner.
  • Coupons or any other promotional codes cannot be used to purchase any Gift Card.
  • We will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards or Gift Card codes, including if you inadvertently enter the incorrect recipient email address and it gets used before you notice or we are informed. We recommend you treat your Gift Card as you would cash, as well as taking a photo so you have a record of the voucher code. Should your gift card be lost or stolen, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase, such as purchase receipt or a photo of the Gift Card. Should a stolen or lost gift card be redeemed before you report the loss or theft to us, we will not be able to reissue your Gift Card.
  • In accordance with statutory rights, the purchaser of a Gift Card may cancel that Gift Card within 14 days of purchasing it by contacting us. Provided the purchaser has contacted us within 14 days of purchasing the Gift Card, we will refund the value of the Gift Card to you provided that it has not yet been used to book a class that is due to happen beforehand. In these cases, we will only refund any remaining value of the Gift Card. The refund will be paid to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days from cancellation.
  • Nothing in these Gift Card Terms is intended to affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
